A Chance To Win An Expenses Paid Trip To Toronto Vs Leigh In June

Leigh Centurions season ticket holders have the opportunity to win a trip of a lifetime when the Centurions play in Canada against Toronto Wolfpack for the first time in the Club’s history during the 2018 Championship season.

In an amazing act of generosity and to recognise the valued support of the Club’s loyal fans, Leigh Centurions owner Derek Beaumont has confirmed that:

Leigh Centurions will be undertaking a draw whereby three season ticket holders will win a pair of tickets to travel with the Club to Toronto and be guests of the directors. They will experience the game as a director with all expenses paid, including return travel and accommodation and director match access.

Furthermore that the Club will also be looking in conjunction with its travel partner Not Just Travel to put packages on for supporters to include long and short term trips, but this will take a little time to put together before being announced.

Leigh Centurions are scheduled to play Toronto Wolfpack in Canada on Saturday 30th June 2018.

The draw for the lucky season ticket holders will take place at the Q&A shirt launch on Monday, 11th December at LSV.

The draw will include all season ticket holders that have purchased their ticket or signed up for the direct debit scheme 48 hours prior to the draw.

Only adult season ticket holders will be entered into the draw although any winner may bring a child as their guest should they chose to do so.

Terms and conditions will state that any direct debit option winner will have had to have completed all payments for issue of their season ticket.

The prize is subject to the winner (and guest) holding a valid passport and being eligible for a visa to enter Toronto. The winner will be responsible for any additional room charges in the accommodation. The Prize is not transferable and must be taken by the winner and cannot be re-sold. There is no cash alternative to the prize.

Derek Beaumont said: “As well as all the voucher benefits and partner schemes available to season ticket holders, I want there to be a further appeal where opportunities are available to season ticket holders to have experiences that are not for sale. This was demonstrated with the recent draw for 11 pairs of VIP tickets to my AB Sundecks box throughout the season.

“All of our fans are extremely important to us but we must make it more appealing to be a committed season ticket holder of the Club. I appreciate not all fans can make every game but if there are other advantages it may be worth being a season ticket holder, even if there is a negative balance on the face of it.

“The clear benefit to the Club of having a large season ticket following is the advance knowledge of guaranteed support which enables forward planning, in particular in setting budgets for the playing side rather than erring on the side of caution with what our gates may be.

“We have shown some real commitment with our intentions of returning to Super League with the squad we are building and they are already gelling together nicely in the first week back in training.

“Our sponsors have also shown their commitment, maintaining their Super League commitments and the early signs are that our season ticket holders are doing the same.

“If we all remain committed then we have a bright future. We know how tough the Championship is and it is important our fans get behind the Club and show the Championship how much we have grown in our year in Super League by the crowds we play in front of!”
