2019 Home Shirt Available For Sale

Leigh Centurions are delighted to announce that the 2019 home shirt is available for sale.

After successfully overcoming the precarious situation the Club was recently faced with (as detailed in Derek’s statement last month) we have swiftly been able to approach our fantastic kit sponsors, who have shown tremendous understanding and loyalty to the cause.

Although these deals have been quickly concluded, the legacy of the recent position has unfortunately resulted in the fact that the replica shirts can only be produced by our supplier after Christmas.

The board would like to apologise to the fans for the obvious disappointment this will cause and hope they can understand that we were unable to conclude any commercial deals or place orders until the future of the Club was stabilised.

Leigh Centurions commercial director Jason Huyton explained further how fans can pre-order their shirt in time for Christmas “The board recognised the huge importance that our valued supporters place upon owning both a current home and away replica shirt and that it is considered a valued Christmas present from Santa and his willing elves for all ages.

“Therefore we are selling a pre-order voucher which will enable the lucky recipient to attend an exclusive evening at Leigh East Pavillion, Ledgard Avenue, Leigh on the 24th January 2019 between 4.30 and 6.00pm where they will receive their shirt from the playing staff of Leigh Centurions.

“It will be a great opportunity to get the shirt signed by all the players who will wear it with pride during the 2019 season.

“A range of exclusive Leigh Centurions leisurewear will be available at our Retail Outlet, at Leigh Market, prior to Christmas and a sample home replica shirt will also be available to view from 21st December.

“The away shirt design will be revealed early in the New Year”

Shirt prices are as follows:

  • Adult £47
  • Junior £37
  • Elite playing shirt £65

The shirt may be pre-ordered from Leigh Retail Outlet with a £10 deposit securing your order. However, the amount must be paid in full to receive the voucher for the shirt and entry to the exclusive event in January. The vouchers may be available for purchase until the day before the event but fans are advised to obtain a voucher as soon as possible to ensure that they don’t miss out.

The Kukri designed and produced shirt, with new principal club sponsor Hilltop Products was revealed to popular acclaim earlier this week.

The Leigh town crest takes pride of place on the front alongside the Centurions logo. This symbolizes home town pride with John Duffy’s new-look coaching and playing staff comprising local lads, bursting with pride to represent their hometown club.
