Centurions Team Up With BMI The Alexandra Hospital

BMI The Alexandra Hospital is proud to announce their new partnership with professional Rugby League Club, Leigh Centurions as their new healthcare provider of choice.

Leigh Centurions are committed to improving the health and fitness of all their players. The new partnership with The Alexandra Hospital has therefore been a significant move for the club; as players now have access to specialist medical care in an established private hospital.

Leigh Centurions CEO Matthew Chantler said: “Our players now have fast access to specialist medical care from some of the region’s leading specialists and we are delighted to have secured this new partnership.The health and fitness of our players in a highly competitive and physically challenging sport such as Rugby League is a priority and the partnership with The Alexandra Hospital demonstrates our commitment as a club to the players who put their bodies on the line for the team, the town and the loyal supporters each week.”

Leigh Centurions were founder members of the Rugby League in 1895 and have deep roots in the local community. Under new head coach John Duffy they have assembled a strong and committed squad of part-time, locally based professional players who are deeply proud to represent the club and the town.
