Frequently Asked Questions

COVID-19 Notes:

Please be aware that due to the current COVID-19 situation, the Club are unable to guarantee at this time which stands will be in operation or the crowd capacities of the stands for each game due to social distancing measures that may need to be implemented.

It is our presumption that the season will start in March 2021. However, this may be delayed and/or be behind closed doors at first. Spectators also need to be aware that there will be a range of additional measures and procedures to ensure social distancing is maintained and to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all fans, players and staff.

When purchasing your season ticket please be aware that you will be able to select your normal seat. However, due to the additional measures noted above you may be relocated elsewhere in the stadium until the point when social distancing measures are relaxed. Additionally, please ensure when purchasing your season ticket that you purchase within your household group or support bubble only.

The Club will endeavour to stream live games that are behind closed doors to season ticket holders and priority on any restricted access will be given to season ticket holders. However, it should be noted when purchasing the season ticket that the club will be utilising the monies paid for the squad that it will recruit, based on the commitment of the purchase and therefore no refunds or credit notes will be offered or provided should games be behind closed doors or not take place at all.

What is the Leigh Centurions Membership Scheme?
The Leigh Centurions Membership Scheme has been set up to allow fans a much easier way to spread the cost of their Season Tickets, and pay over a number of Direct Debit instalments.

What is the Direct Debit process?
Season Tickets can be purchased by Direct Debit with up to four months interest free credit. To do so, please complete the relevant Direct Debit form online.

Will I have to pay a handling or transaction fee?
No. All costs of handling the Direct Debits are borne by the Club.

Who are GoCardless, and why does their name appear on my bank statement?
GoCardless are our Direct Debit partners who collect the funds from your bank on our behalf. Initially you may find that GoCardless appears on your bank statement, but please don’t worry about this. Eventually we aim to get this changed so that you recognise the transaction as coming from Leigh Centurions.

What are the age ranges for 2020 Season Tickets?
Over 65 years – those born before 01/02/1956;
18-21 years – those born between 1/9/99 and 31/8/2002;

What is the Earlybird Discount?
This pay in full option expires on 30th November 2020. You can do this at the ticket office, or at, although you may have to contact the ticket office directly to renew an existing reserved seat.

Can I get my Season Ticket at the Early Bird Price via the Leigh Centurions Membership scheme?
Unfortunately, not. The nature of the Membership Scheme is that it allows you to spread your payments over a number of months, which will mean your final payment will be paid well after the deadline for  the Early Bird offer. The only way to take advantage of the Early Bird offer, is to buy upfront, before the 30th November deadline.

When are our homes games to be played?
Unless changed by the RFL for broadcasting or other purposes and excluding Bank Holiday fixtures and subject to stadium availability the nominated game day for Leigh Centurions home games in 2020 will be Sunday afternoons with a kick-off at 3pm.

How many games does my Season Ticket include?
Season Tickets are priced as usual on 13 home games.

When can I collect my Season Ticket?
Supporters spreading the costs of their season tickets over Direct Debit will only be issued with their Season Ticket Cards once all their payments are made in full.
